Transform Your Life:

Elevate Mind, Body, & Soul

Our Difference:

Your treatment is a personalized ‘blueprint’ and roadmap for care specifically designed for you.

Full In-House Services

One centre, all under one roof aimed at holistic healing and helping you live your optimal life. Mind, Body and Soul.

100% Money-back

After your first session, if you are not satisfied, let us know and you’ll receive your money back for that visit, no questions asked.

Our Services

Because we are all about taking care of the whole person – mind, body and soul – we offer you a range of services that all work together to benefit you. Within the first session, we will conduct an initial assessment and discuss the reports with you. Once that step is complete, we then create your own personal ‘blueprint’ to restore you back to health and peak performance.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy improves circulation by bringing oxygen and other nutrients to body tissues, relieving muscle tension and pain, increasing flexibility and mobility, and helps clear lactic acid and other waste, which reduces pain and stiffness in muscles and joints. Most massage therapists often incorporate a number of complementary therapies within their treatment session in order to help their clients heal from injury and pain.

Physiotherapy

Physiotherapists combine in-depth knowledge of how the body works with specialized hands-on skills to assess, diagnose and treat symptoms of illness, injury or disability. Your physiotherapist’s assessment may include measures of body functions, strength and weakness testing, and analysis of gait, posture, balance, joint range of motion, and functional movement.

Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a treatment that focuses on the body as a whole. It uses the idea that the body functions as a unit, not just as separate entities. Osteopathy treats the restriction of motion within the body which is often due to traumatic or postural stress causing muscle tension and pulling on the soft tissues of the body. Our practitioners use specific techniques to improve functions of the body’s structure, muscles, tissues, organs, and the movement of bodily fluids. This variety means that a greater scope of conditions can be treated by using osteopathy.

Fascial Stretch Therapy

Fascial Stretch Therapy is one of the fastest, most effective and pleasant methods to eliminate pain, restore function, move and feel better in activities of life, fitness and sports.

Scott Turner

Reg PT

Scott graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy in 1993.

In 2000 he obtained his post graduate credential in McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment of Orthopedic Impairments [MDT]. Scott studied exclusively under Phil Burchell for which the Phil Burchell MDT Diploma Scholarship is named after. It was indeed a blessing to have studied under one of Canada’s most renowned MDT instructors.

Scott likes the challenge of discovering the physical impairments of patients that present with what seem like unresolvable problems.

Other competencies of Scott include Mulligan mobilization with movement and Butler neuro-dynamics. Both of these blends well with MDT. As well, Scott is effective at assessing and treating benign vertigo and those with the most common form of Scoliosis.

Scott is innovative within his scope of practice and has developed his own method of using surgical tape to protect ligaments while they heal. He also developed in 2001 a new method of assessing & treatment for meniscal injuries of the knee and a novel method of mobilization wrists and ankles.
